Step aboard the traditional wooden ship Svetko for a relaxed 1-hour evening cruise. This is the perfect way to end your day at sea, offering breathtaking golden-hour views of the Slovenian coastline and a calm, romantic atmosphere on deck. Watch the sun dip below the horizon as we sail past the historic Venetian walls of Piran and the scenic Strunjan coastline, all while enjoying a chilled glass of sparkling wine.
Our evening route is designed to chase the setting sun along the most picturesque parts of the coast.

The meeting point is at the main pier in Portorož (Glavni pomol Portorož), located at Trg Prekomorskih brigad. Please arrive 20 minutes before departure.
Built in 1884 in Rovinj and fully restored for modern comfort. Svetko is a traditional wooden bracera, family-run since 1986.
Watch the sun dip below the horizon as we sail past the historic Church of St. George in Piran, Fiesa, and the scenic Strunjan mussel farms.

We had a wonderful boat trip from Portorož to Izola and back, with a two-hour stopover. We didn’t experience any of the problems other reviewers had. The trip along the coast is very scenic, and thankfully, there’s no background music or announcements. The journey to Izola takes about an hour. You arrive back in Portorož at 2:00 p.m.
Wonderful experience, great communication and attentiveness of our captain. We got to know the coast and wonderful undiscovered beaches during the tour, we will definitely repeat it next year. Highly recommended for all tourists.

We took a boat trip from Portorož to Izola and back. The atmosphere on the boat is relaxed, the crew is friendly, and the view of the coast is really beautiful. Not too “touristy”, but just right to disconnect a bit. I recommend it if you’re looking for a short, different trip by sea.
Great boat trip from Portoroz to Izola and back along the coast. Great views and friendly crew. Drinks included in the price. We asked the captain if we could take a few photos on the upper deck at the front, and this was granted without any problems. Definitely recommended.

Because the time of sunset changes throughout the summer, our departure times fluctuate. The cruise runs every Wednesday from June through September. Please select your desired date in our booking calendar to see the exact departure time for that evening.
The cruise departs from the main pier in Portorož (Glavni pomol). Please arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time to board the ship.
Yes! The ticket includes one or two glasses of chilled sparkling wine to enjoy while watching the sunset. Non-alcoholic options are also available.
Absolutely. While it is a popular romantic activity for couples, families are more than welcome. Children aged 0-3 ride for free, and kids aged 3-12 receive a discounted ticket (20.00 €).
Yes, there is enough space for a baby stroller on the boat. Please make sure it’s empty during boarding - children must not stay in the stroller. After boarding, the stroller must be folded, stowed away, and secured properly.
Your safety and comfort are our top priority. If the "burja" (northern wind) is strong, we shift to a beautiful, sheltered route toward the Sečovlje Salt Pans. However, in the event of severe weather or an insufficient number of guests, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. You will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook for a different date.
