Companies and groups: Upon booking confirmation, a 10% deposit of the total amount must be paid via bank transfer. The full remaining balance must be settled no later than 2 days before the event, unless agreed otherwise.
Individuals (Private customers): The reservation is considered valid upon payment of the ticket, unless agreed otherwise.
Cancellation by the Client
14 days or more before the event: 100% refund (including the deposit).
13 to 3 days before the event: 50% refund, unless agreed otherwise.
Less than 3 days before the event or no-show: No refund (100% of the amount is charged), unless agreed otherwise.
Booking Modifications
Rescheduling: Changing the date is possible no later than 7 days before the event, subject to written agreement and boat availability.
Guest count & Food: Changes to the menu or the final number of passengers must be communicated no later than 3 days before the event.
Cancellation by the Operator
The operator reserves the right to cancel or adjust the event due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that may endanger the safety of everyone on board. In this case, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule their booking to another date.
The operator assumes no liability for any additional costs incurred by the client due to the cancellation of the event (e.g., transport, accommodation, etc.).
